Any account determined to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds frozen pending investigation, and any pending withdrawals cancelled. Each Member may hold one (1) account only. Creating duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts — regardless of the reason — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

dato88 reserves the right to decline a registration application, suspend an account, or request additional documentation at any time and without prior notice, particularly where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or breach of any provision of this Agreement.
Your account login credentials — username and password — are personal and confidential. You must not share them with any third party under any circumstances. dato88 will never request your password through live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
All accounts on dato88 are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before withdrawals can be processed. The verification process requires submission of the following documents:
KYC reviews are typically completed within 1–24 hours of document submission during standard WIB business hours. dato88 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents where verification cannot be completed on the initial submission. Failure to pass KYC verification within 30 days of account creation may result in account closure and the return of any remaining deposited funds (excluding bonus awards) to the original payment method.
All deposits on dato88 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). dato88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which dato88 accepts no responsibility.
Accepted deposit methods and minimum amounts are as follows:
Deposits made via bank transfer during standard WIB banking hours (06:00–22:00 WIB) are typically credited within 5 minutes. E-wallet deposits are credited immediately. dato88 is not liable for delays caused by the Member's bank or payment provider. If a deposit is not credited within 60 minutes, Members should contact our support team with proof of transaction.
Deposits may only be made from payment accounts registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment accounts registered in the same name as the dato88 account holder. dato88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 for bank transfer channels and Rp 50.000 for e-wallet channels. There is no upper withdrawal limit for accounts in good standing that have completed KYC verification, though requests above Rp 50.000.000 may be subject to additional compliance review.

Withdrawals submitted outside standard WIB banking hours may experience extended processing times. dato88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger our fraud detection systems. During such reviews, the relevant funds will be temporarily held and the Member notified via registered contact details.
dato88 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions timed to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which take precedence over the general provisions in this clause.
The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions on dato88 unless explicitly stated otherwise:
Bonus Abuse Policy: Coordinated bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, use of automated betting patterns, arbitrage strategies, or collusion — will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all bonus and related winnings, and a permanent ban from the Platform.
All bets placed on dato88 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slot gacor (high-payout slots), togel (traditional numbers lottery), or sabung ayam (live cockfighting markets) — as published in the respective game or market help sections. In the event of a conflict between a specific product rule and this Agreement, the specific product rule prevails for matters directly related to that product's outcome.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the dato88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:
All content on the dato88 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and marketing materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of dato88 or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of dato88.
Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is governed by their own licensing arrangements. dato88 operates these games under valid licensing agreements and does not transfer any intellectual property rights to Members by virtue of providing access to these games.

Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral body.
Before escalating any dispute to formal proceedings, Members must first submit a written complaint to dato88 via the contact details in Clause 15, allowing us a reasonable period of no less than 14 calendar days to investigate and respond. dato88 is committed to resolving all Member disputes fairly, promptly, and transparently.
Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction. dato88 does not seek to contract out of any rights that cannot be legally excluded.
